Leah Wing, Ed.D. is the founder of the Social Justice Mediation Institute, Director of the National Center for Technology and Dispute Resolution, Co-Founder and Board President of the International Council for Online Dispute Resolution, and Senior Lecturer II, Legal Studies Program, University of Massachusetts/Amherst, where she has taught dispute resolution 1993. Leah developed a mediation training and intervention approach that incorporates a social justice lens described in her publications and over 100 presentations at national and international conferences. She has worked with 100+ educational institutions and non-profits, trained more than 5000 people in this approach and more than two dozen colleges, universities, high schools, and non-profits have programs based on this model; other organizations use it for skill enhancement for employees. Leah served two terms on the Board of Directors of the Association of Conflict Resolution and is on the editorial boards of Conflict Resolution Quarterly and the International Journal of Online Dispute Resolution. She is a member of Healing Through Remembering, Belfast.
